Free Survey and Quotation

Before we can quote a price for any work, we need to survey the installtion site to establish if there are any challenges that need to be addressed.

The area is carefully measured and a discussion with the customer will identify what facilities are required and suggestions offered with a wealth of experience.

A date is given at the end of the site survey when an estimate will be provided.

Quantity Costings

Although it is possible through experience to get a rough costing of the assets required for the quote, every job is investigated in detail to ensure that the best price is obtained for each item.

It is also possible that certain items are subject to lead times that affect when a job can commence. This is all caluclated and a detailed quotation written up and emailed to the customer.

This will also be followed up with a phone call to ensure the quoation has been received.

In some cases where the customer may be uncertain of what they want to do with their new bathroom, two or more quotations may be provided, followed up with a conversation and advice to provide the best possible solution.

3D Computer Aided Design

Once all of the components have been agreed, a 3 dimensional drawing is created to provide images from several views as a final decision process for the customer.

It can be very difficult to visualise what a project may look like and this process enables a visual image, often with realistic images of the equipment to be fitted.

Installation

Most of our jobs are replacement bathrooms, upgrading and or changing existing facilities. We spend as much time as is needed to carefully strip out the old items, making sure that we protect the flooring and walls from the property entrance.

All of the old equipment is disposed of responsibly, making everything safe in the lead up to installing the new bathroom. Where required, new walls are built, tiles or alternative wall coverings are installed and flooring carefully laid.

Pipework is installed with precision and tested for leaks before being covered where appropriate. Baths, showers, sinks, taps are all checked once installed and cleaned down before asking the customer to sign off the completed work.

Warrantied Work

All of our work is guaranteed and we support manufacturer's warranty claims too. This does not happen very often, but if there is any cause to revisit an installation, we do this as quickly as possible.
